The Bing Webmaster tools let your AI agent read your Bing Webmaster Tools reports. Bing results also power Yahoo and DuckDuckGo, so this is the other half of how people find your site on search engines: ask which searches bring visitors from Bing, which pages they land on, or whether Bing is crawling and indexing your site.
Access uses an API key that you generate in Bing Webmaster Tools and store once in your private RunTools storage. The tools only read reports; you can revoke the key from Bing at any time.
Why use Bing Webmaster Tools?
What can you do?
Search engine coverage
Compare how a site does on Bing and on Google by combining these tools with the Search Console ones.
Keyword opportunities
Find queries where Bing shows your site often but few people click, and improve those titles.
Indexing health
Check that Bing keeps crawling your pages and that errors or robots.txt blocks are not growing.
Traffic reports
Ask your AI for the daily Bing traffic of the last month and a summary of what changed.
How to set up
Add your sites
Sign in to Bing Webmaster Tools and add your sites. If they are already in Google Search Console, use the import option and they come verified.
Generate an API key
Open Settings โ API access โ API Key and generate a key. It gives access to your whole Bing Webmaster account, so keep it secret.
Store the key
Save it with env_vars_set key='BING_WEBMASTER_API_KEY'. Prefer storing it yourself over pasting it into a shared chat.
Ask your AI
Try: "List my Bing Webmaster sites and show me the top Bing search queries of the last 28 days for the first one".
